I wanted a space to scribble my thoughts and i find this.

To start with, i chose to write on our Company "Yash IT & HR Services". Yash started in July, 2006 at an office which could not accommodate more than 5 people. Then, i was not a member of this orgn, i joined later in December.

Flashback : I graduated from Mumbai University in the year of 2005. Not with much difficulty, i got a job a job. I even took it up. After much toil and moil n all the struggle with two terrifying bosses, I left the place, within 11 mths of my appointment, for another assignment at another co. The struggle contd., i could not find my place in the corporate and could not figure what i was exactly upto, resulting into my early exit within 5 mths of my appointment. Here I was, with nothing in my hand, with a blank mind. I wanted to be an MBA then, which was my most cherished dream, then. During the same time, my brother came up with this idea of me joining his orgn as a full time associate. The Idea tickled me, and joined him in the Dec-2006.

My colleagues are someone with whom i am closely knitted in a personal relation. Finding a place for myself was not much difficult. Since then i have been closely involved with this baby of ours i.e Yash.

A day at Yash, is full of energy, enthusiasm and hope. We are a bunch of seven crazy people. Let me introduce you to everyone in the order of their seniority at "Yash".

Our "Sarpanch" is Madhav(he`s even my elder brother). Methinks our Sarpanch is a "Magic Man"coz He has a solution to all our silly doubts and problems.His Patience-Unmatchable, His Insight-of a master, His Mind - of Chacha Choudhary(works with every computer), His Appetite for Success- Of Sachin Tendulkar for his Centuries, And is humble enough to understand the importance of Power. Aha.. his qualities surpass my vocabulary.

Next Comes Pratik(Mukhiya). Methinks, he is the craziest character of the lot. Always has this crazy ideas for dealing with situations and has some unmatchable self-confidence to deliver them to our team. I admire his conviction. Has abundant energy. He along with Madhav had this idea of starting "Yash". Thank god for it.

And here comes Chaitra (Sarpanch ki Biwi and My Brothers Better Half ) actually not half, she if full of life. You know she has the face which can win "First-Person-to-see-in-the-Morning" award. Not because she is beautiful, but because of the energy she exhales in the environment. I can only imagine the plight of my brother, when he must have seen her for the first time. Coming to the professional part, Her working style is very organised. Always there is something or other to learn from her. I would term her as The most important member of our "Panchayat".

Dont Forget Rashmi(Our Mukhiyas Better Half). A very friendly, down to earth and a genuine personality. Has rubbed off the exuberant enthusiasm from Pratik. Which acts as a collective advantage for us as an Organization.

Next in line Moah, I cant write good about myself. Let the readers of this Blog do the honors.

We cant miss out on Alpa, A person who can speak to hundred people in a Playing ground without a mike. Has some very strange qualities, which are unmatched. A very important member of our team.

We still have Sneha, despite her elder age, she had the courage to join us. She had gelled quite well.

That sums up our team. We crib, we nag, we fight, we have our differences , all in all we at Yash form an inseparable team, ready for almost anything/everything.

I could not have asked for something better than this.
